6 digit Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 6 digit platform. By registering or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 6 digit platform at 6digit.app, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and 6 digit. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use the 6 digit platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 6 digit or any affiliated company.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform for any reason.
- You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
6 digit reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be suspended and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 6 digit. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 6 digit immediately at [email protected].
6 digit will never ask you to share your password via email or support chat. You should not share your login credentials with any other person. Any access to your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised activity unless you have reported a security incident in advance.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using 6 digit, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or match manipulation.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities or money laundering.
- Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
- Registering under a false identity or providing forged documents.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform staff.
Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and referral to the relevant authorities. 6 digit cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 6 digit are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible, subject to applicable fees.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the account area and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified at the time of your request, which may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
6 digit reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Providing false documentation is a criminal offence and will result in account termination and reporting to authorities.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times. If a payment method becomes unavailable, 6 digit will notify affected users and provide alternative options where possible.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
6 digit provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that the platform will meet your individual expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6 digit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
6 digit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gaming sessions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content on the 6 digit platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of 6 digit or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
6 digit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:
- The account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
- The user has provided false or misleading registration information.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other users, or third parties.
- We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
In the event of account closure, outstanding balances will be returned to the verified account holder after deducting any amounts owed to 6 digit, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
